Hey, I'm not dead!
I apologize to anyone who follows my work, I've been both lazy and busy for the past, um, two three years. Oops.
I've moved on from working part time at the jewelry/chainmaille supply store and now have a full time adulting job! It's even in the same field I went to school for for 5 years! Which means less time for crafting in some months and a lot of downtime in others.
Also I picked up knitting and crochet. Help. Too many time consuming crafts.
To anyone seeing this for the first time, hi! I'm a hobbyist with essentially no formal training who dabbles in far too many different crafts. My current fascination is chainmaille, but I also regularly do origami and (albeit much more slowly) soapstone carvings.
Questions, comments, praise, mockery- any feedback given is appreciated, as long as (at least) half a brain was used to write it.
Currently all my carvings are made without the use of any power tools, although that may change in the near future. Especially if I ever get around to trying to carve bone.
If, on the off chance, my stuff looks oddly familiar, you may have seen it under 7Caramel13 - I decided to change usernames (the old-school, have-no-premium-membership way). Either that or you know me on facebook.
